The Roscoe Millie Foundation prides itself on being community builders. We help women between the ages of 18 and 25 who already have one child or expecting their first baby. The initiative will help women gain financial literacy, college preparation, develop trade skills, promote health and wellness, spiritual healing, access work training programs and more.

This initiative is vital in helping young women gain the means and confidence to support themselves without relying on others. The women can learn that they’re not just valuable to society; they’re invaluable. A person doesn’t deserve to be overlooked in any community, especially a young woman with her whole life ahead of her.

We aim to help shine a light on those resilient women to burn bright and ignite real change among the urban youth. Roscoe Millie has the blueprint for reenergizing and incentivizing our youth through the “Accountability Mentoring Program” initiative.

WHY WE AT ROSCOE MILLIE ARE IN SUPPORT OF REDUCING THE BIRTH RATE AMONG YOUNG WOMEN?

Aside from the very undeniable fact that the planet is overpopulated, we want to teach young women that their lives can and should mean more. Young women have the right to invest time in their futures before deciding to bring more beautiful lives into the world.

Giving young women the means to support themselves to bring value to the entire community, themselves and their own families, is the only way to provide them with self-respect and help them become truly independent. They will carry their newfound confidence with them throughout the rest of their lives, and with the skills that they’ve learned will be able to support themselves without having to rely on others.
